The UFC handed out four bonuses after Saturday’s card in “Sin City,” including one for a dramatic moment that saw a decision turn into a finish with just a second left.
After UFC Fight Night 266, four fighters picked up an extra $100,000 for their performances at the Meta APEX in Las Vegas. In addition, two other fighters got $25,000 extra checks for finishes that weren’t bonus-winners. Check out the list below.

Fight of the Night: Michal Oleksiejczuk, Marc-Andre Barriault ($100,000 each)
They had some good competition from Daniil Donchenko and Alex Morono, but Michal Oleksiejczuk (22-9 MMA, 10-7 UFC) kept rolling since he joined the Fighting Nerds team in Brazil. He put on a 15-minute slugfest with Marc-Andre Barriault (17-11 MMA, 6-10 UFC) and won for the third straight time after a stretch of four losses in five fights.
Performance of the Night: Jakub Wiklacz ($100,000)
Jakub Wiklacz (18-3-2 MMA, 2-0 UFC) was on his way to the scorecards against Muin Gafurov (20-7 MMA, 2-3 UFC) in their catchweight bout on the prelims. But a late Gafurov takedown attempt turned into opportunity for Wiklacz, and he got a mounted guillotine that forced Gafurov to tap with 1 second left in the fight. If he had held on for that one extra tick, he still would have lost – but Wiklacz would not have gotten a bonus.

Performance of the Night: Mario Bautista ($100,000)
Mario Bautista (17-3 MMA, 11-3 UFC) dealt with some early pressure from Vinicius Oliveira (23-4 MMA, 4-1 UFC), but ultimately he dominated the previously unbeaten-in-the-UFC bantamweight to put himself right back into title contention. Bautista’s grappling was precise, and once he got on top of Oliveira it was smooth sailing to a rear-naked choke in the second.
Finish bonus: Nikolay Veretennikov ($25,000)
Nikolay Veretennikov (14-7 MMA, 2-3 UFC) took it to Niko Price (16-10 MMA, 8-10 UFC) quickly in their welterweight bout. Just past 90 seconds in, with Price pressed to the fence, Veretennikov poured on the punches to get the stoppage.

Finish bonus: DUsTiN JaCoBy ($25,000)
Dustin Jacoby (22-9-1 MMA, 10-6-1 UFC) had a rough first round against underdog light heavyweight Julius Walker (7-2 MMA, 1-2 UFC) to open up the main card – including when he got dumped hard on his back twice, which was an absolutely glorious sight to see. But he took over in the second and landed a ton of punishment while Dan Miragliotta, working his 500th UFC fight, seemed like he wanted to revel in his milestone instead of stopping things. He made Jacoby work for his TKO in the second, but he finally got it at the 1:42 mark. Then Jacoby got on the microphone and gave a nice, wet, sloppy glazing to jesus, ICE and trump to make sure people know where he stands.
