Notre Dame head coach Marcus Freeman has targeted multiple quarterbacks in the 2027 class, and it doesn’t matter if they’ve already made a commitment.

Utah four-star Kamden Lopati verballed to Bret Bielema and Illinois since last July, however that did not stop the Irish from officially extending an offer to the quarterback on Monday.
