FOX Sports is releasing a new one-hour documentary called “YOU SEE L.A.” that will highlight UCLA women’s basketball historic run to the Final Four last season. It was the Bruins’ first trip to the Final Four in the NCAA era, and the first time UCLA earned the No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament in program history.

The documentary will premiere on March 1, 2026, at 5:00 PM PST on FS1 after UCLA’s rivalry game against USC at the Galen Center. The premiere will also kickoff the month of March, which is Women’s History Month.
“YOU SEE L.A. reflects the kind of storytelling that is core to FOX Sports, stories that capture the emotion, humanity and cultural impact of sports. This film is not only about a remarkable season on the court, but also about leadership, community, the power of women’s sports, and the resolve of a team representing something bigger than themselves. We’re proud to share a story that reflects the heart of this team and this city to audiences nationwide,” said FOX Sports Vice President Barry Nugent.
The documentary explores how UCLA’s history, including the teachings of legendary coach John Wooden, continues to inspire new generations. It will highlight all the different people who have contributed to building a glorious UCLA women’s basketball program.
“This film shines a light on the strongest part of UCLA Women’s Basketball: our people,” UCLA coach Cori Close said. “YOU SEE L.A. celebrates the character, courage, and competitive fire that defined last season, and I couldn’t be more proud for the world to witness the humanity behind our success.”
