Tennessee comes calling Baton Rouge as the two storied women’s basketball program face off inside the Pete Maravich Assembly Center Thursday (5 p.m. CT, ESPN).

Kim Mulkey and LSU (24-4, 10-4 SEC) look to clinch a double bye in the SEC Tournament next week in Greenville, S.C. with a win over the Lady Vols (16-10, 8-6). No. 6 LSU is currently one game ahead of Oklahoma in the SEC standings but holds the head-to-head tiebreak over both the Sooners and Ole Miss, who LSU beat in Oxford last week.

The Lady Vols have struggled in parts this season, including losing four straight games coming into the game against the Tigers. Tennessee has lost to No. 4 Texas, No. 20 Ole Miss, Texas A&M and No. 7 Oklahoma in the last two weeks.
