Kellie Harper and her staff have doubled up in the Class of 2026.
Missouri women’s basketball received a verbal commitment Thursday from Ellie Muller, a 6-foot-3 power forward in the 2026 recruiting cycle. Muller is the second player to pledge to Harper’s first high school class.

Both of Mizzou’s two recruits to date are listed at the same height, as 6-3 center Cecilie Brandimore announced June 30 that she had committed to the Tigers.
Muller is a Des Moines, Iowa, product who plays her high school basketball at Dowling Catholic. According to the Des Moines Register, the forward had offers from in-state Drake and Iowa State.
The new Mizzou recruit also plays AAU basketball for All Iowa Attack, which is where WNBA All-Star point guard Caitlin Clark played. All Iowa Attack is one of 32 Nike Girls EYBL-sponsored programs.
Muller is Dowling’s all-time blocks leader, with 193 in her high school career to date. Last season, she averaged 16.5 points, 11.2 rebounds and 3.3 blocks per game entering the Class 5A tournament, where Dowling finished runner-up.

Harper has clearly prioritized size in her first recruiting class, with both the Tigers’ recruits to date likely to feature in Mizzou’s frontcourt.
Dowling Catholic’s Ellie Muller (23) takes a shot over Davenport North’s Journey Houston (5) during the Class 5A quarterfinal on Monday, March 3, 2025, at Wells Fargo Arena.
Missouri has a one-and-done transfer at center set to play this upcoming season in Jordana Reisma, who joins the Tigers from Cleveland State. But the Tigers are an otherwise guard-heavy squad this year.
