Crake was working full-time as a dentist alongside playing for Wasps when she was called up for her first England cap against Scotland in the 2023 Six Nations.
She moved to Trailfinders two seasons ago, with the club finishing seventh in the table last season.
“She’s a really well respected player who we have admired for some time from her Wasps days,” added Saracens director of rugby Alex Austerberry.
“She’s very physical and impacts games in very positive ways hence her England caps. She’s a player we are excited to work with and I’m looking forward to her bursting back onto the scene in a Sarries shirt.”
Saracens have not disclosed the length of Crake’s contract.
