Alberto El Patron’s time in AAA may have come to a dramatic end after a crushing loss to El Mesias on the July 25, 2025 edition of AAA Alianzas.
The match, taped at the Juan de La Barrera Gymnasium, saw El Patron square off against his former ally turned bitter rival. In a heated main event, El Ojo—represented by El Mesias—sealed Patron’s fate in brutal fashion. A blinding powder attack followed by a spear was enough to finish the job. With that, El Patron was exiled from AAA per the match stipulation.
After the bell, Latin Lover entered the ring and embraced El Patron in a moment filled with emotion. The two longtime friends hugged in the center of the ring, closing out the broadcast in silence.
This latest loss marks a stunning turn in what had been a major return run for El Patron. After aligning with El Ojo and holding the AAA Mega Championship for 287 days, the former champion was betrayed by the very faction he led—and now, he’s out.
