Brooke Hogan is not staying silent following her father’s death last month. In a shocking update, Brooke claims that Hulk Hogan was given the wrong medications—including double doses—and that hospital staff tried to take unauthorized photos of the wrestling legend while he was unconscious.
Speaking on Bubba the Love Sponge’s YouTube channel, Brooke described the level of care her father received before passing—and it wasn’t good. She revealed that she and Hulk’s ex-wife Jennifer McDaniel were handling most of his care personally, doing everything they could to keep him alive and well.
“Me and Jen had him pretty good—not in mind condition—but pretty good. I’ve even told my husband, looking at him now, I believed I could see him make it to 85. His heart was compromised, but that surgery shouldn’t have been the thing to take him out. Opioids would be, because it slows your breathing. I sent them a detailed note and said, ‘No opioids.’”
Brooke stated that Hogan’s heart wasn’t perfect, but he was hanging in there—until she started seeing red flags with the medical team. According to her, hospital staff began treating Hogan like a photo-op instead of a patient.
“When I was putting the pieces together, I knew what was going down. I was like, ‘This is the beginning of the end.’ I caught nurses trying to take photos of him as he was coming out of anesthesia. Me and Jennifer had to be like guards. There were no limits. Nurses would just try to take photos of him while he was sleeping. I caught people double-dosing him and getting the medications wrong. It was tedious. Me and Jen did the heavy lifting and had him in a really good spot.”
These serious claims are now raising more questions about Hulk Hogan’s final days—especially since no official autopsy was performed after his passing. Fans are left wondering just how negligent medical staff may have been, and if better care could have saved him.
This story isn’t just about a wrestling legend’s final chapter—it’s about medical responsibility, and how even celebrities may not be safe from negligence.
