Check out this week's "Spinning Back Clique," MMA Junkie's weekly live show that takes a spin through the biggest topics in mixed martial arts.
This week's panel of Farah Hannoun, Dan Tom and Danny Segura will join host "Gorgeous" George Garcia live at 11 a.m. ET (8 a.m. PT) to discuss and debate the following topics:
- UFC on ESPN 72 is in the books. Anthony Hernandez dominated Roman Dolidze, then submitted him with ease in the fourth round of their main event. It was an impressive win by "Fluffy," who's now on an eight-fight wining streak. Should Hernandez get the next shot at the middleweight title? Where does Dolidze go from here? We analyze the UFC on ESPN 72 headliner, along with other key results from the card.
- A big fight booking, the potential making of a superfight, and several fighters criticizing other fighters were present in the MMA news cycle this past week. We discuss Charles Oliveira headlining the UFC's return to Brazil against Rafel Fiziev, Alexandre Pantoja's comments warming up to the idea of a fight with Merab Dvalishvili, and we review some headlines in our new segment, "Hater or Commentator."
- The PFL continues with the finals for its 2025 tournaments. We look at this week's lightweight, women's flyweight and bantamweight finals in Charlotte, N.C., which feature some familiar faces.
- Lastly, we preview UFC 319, which goes down Saturday in Chicago. The card features a highly-anticipated middleweight title bout between champion Dricus Du Plessis and Khamzat Chimaev. Who will come out victorious? Who's a better champion for the UFC? We break down this high-stakes bout, along with other bouts on the card.
