WWE has a lot going on, and Heatwave is heating up.
WWE’s August 12 episode of NXT included some story building as the brand continues down the road to Heatwave. Now we have a new title match on the show, and it should be a knockout.
During this week’s NXT, Ava revealed to Jacy Jayne that she will defend her TNA Knockouts Title against Masha Slammovich and Ash By Elegance at Heatwave. She was not happy at all to hear about this.
Jacy Jayne is still the NXT and TNA Knockouts Champion. She will not defend her NXT Women’s Title at the premium live event, as only the TNA Knockouts Title was mentioned so far.
WWE NXT Heatwave 2025 is scheduled for Sunday, August 24th at the Lowell Memorial Auditorium in Lowell, Massachusetts. We will have to see what else WWE adds to the premium live event, but this is going to be a packed card.
