Linda Hogan Accused of Being “Drunk Lingering at the Casket” During Hulk Hogan’s Funeral

by

The drama surrounding Hulk Hogan’s private funeral continues to escalate — and now it’s gone from tense to outright hostile.

After B. Brian Blair claimed that Brutus “The Barber” Beefcake’s wife Missy was thrown out of the service for calling Linda Hogan a vulgar name, Missy clapped back with a completely different version of events. Responding on Instagram via Ringside News, Missy denied being ejected and said it was Linda who created the scene.

She claimed Linda physically got in her face and called for security, but when staff intervened, they told Missy and Brutus to simply return to their seats and that they’d “handle Linda.” Missy also revealed Brutus suffered a panic attack and had to step outside, preventing him from re-entering the service.

“Was NOT thrown out. Linda attacked Brutus and put her hand in my face… She was yelling for security… When security got to us they said ‘take your seat it’s ok’ ‘we will handle Linda.’”

Now, the feud has taken an even sharper turn. In the same Ringside News Instagram post, a commenter wrote “Linda is an f’n joke.” Missy responded directly, doubling down with a harsh new accusation.

“She was drunk lingering at the casket!”

That explosive claim adds to what was already a chaotic scene at the Indian Rocks Baptist Church in Largo, Florida. The funeral was intended to be a private, emotional sendoff for Hulk Hogan, who passed away on July 24 at age 71 from a heart attack. A later report confirmed he had also been quietly battling chronic lymphocytic leukemia.

The guest list featured several wrestling legends, including Vince McMahon, Triple H, Stephanie McMahon, Sting, Kevin Nash, Lex Luger, Ted DiBiase, Jimmy Hart, and Eric Bischoff. Brutus Beefcake was present, despite past reports that he and Hogan had been estranged in recent years.

Brooke Hogan, Hogan’s daughter, did not attend. She later explained that she chose to honor her father in her own way by taking her children to his favorite beach.

As for the incident, with Missy and Linda now throwing accusations at each other in public, what was meant to be a solemn farewell for a wrestling icon is being overshadowed by personal tension that’s spilled far beyond the church doors.

Do you believe Missy’s version of events — or was Linda Hogan unfairly targeted? And did this take the focus off Hogan’s legacy? Drop your thoughts in the comments.
