Adriana Rizzo is trying to stay strong after a brutal setback took her out of the NXT ring.
The WWE NXT star posted a new video on YouTube documenting her rehab progress following a torn ACL and meniscus—plus additional MCL damage—sustained during what she called a freak training accident.
While she’s still awaiting surgery, Rizzo has already started rehab and is showing fans how she’s staying active despite the injury. Reflecting on the early days after the tear, Rizzo admitted the situation shook her up.
“I blew out my knee. Bad… Tore my ACL, meniscus and MCL damage, so it’s going to be a while ’til I’m back wrestling, and I’m back doing anything.”
Two weeks into recovery, she shared a more hopeful update—stressing that while she’s not close to a return, her body is responding well so far.
“The current update is that I feel pretty good. I don’t have any pain or instability. Nothing crazy.”
In the video, Rizzo even shows the actual moment of the injury occurring—giving fans a firsthand look at how quickly everything changed. Though the road back will be long, Rizzo is focused on staying mentally and physically strong throughout the process.
