Taz has always been dealing with health issues for one reason or the other. Unfortunately, it appears he will be absent from AEW Dynamite and Forbidden Door this week due to a bunch of tests.

The Human Suplex Machine took to Twitter and revealed that he will be off this week due to a mix of doctor’s appointments, imaging tests for upcoming surgeries, and some much-needed rest and recovery.

Taz also explained that his new knee doesn’t do well with long flights right now. He wished fans an enjoyable time watching AEW Dynamite and the Forbidden Door pay-per-view.

“I will be off this week, a combo of doctors appointments/imaging test on a couple of future surgeries, some R&R & most importantly my new knee does not cooperate to well w/very long flights at the moment.
Hope u all enjoy #AEWDynamite & #ForbiddenDoor !”

This comes after Taz had knee replacement surgery last year. Even though fans will miss Taz’s unique voice at the commentary table, his update made it clear that he trusts AEW to deliver an exciting Dynamite and Forbidden Door. Therefore, we wish him all the best and hope he comes back as soon as possible.
