HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – Fabian Edwards is adamant that Dalton Rosta has used performance-enhancing drugs at some point in his career.
Edwards (15-4) meets Rosta (11-1) in the middleweight tournament finals Thursday, which headlines 2025 PFL World Tournament 10 from Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
“He’s a juicehead wrestler, and that’s it,” Edwards told MMA Junkie and other reporters of Rosta at a pre-fight news conference Tuesday. “He’s a juicehead wrestler, he’s going to come in there and try for a bit of hands, but we know what his game is going to be. He’s coming in to sniff my crotch for five rounds for five rounds and make it a boring fight, and I won’t have that.”
Edwards was then asked if he thinks Rosta is really on steroids, and the Brit doubled down on his accusations.
“Of course he’s on steroids,” Edwards said. “He’s either on it or been on it, you know what I mean? One of the two. Get him to do a lie-detector test and say, ‘Have you ever been on steroids in your life?’ And 100 percent, I bet my whole purse that he doesn’t f*cking pass it.”
Despite the war of words between the two, Edwards insists he’s unfazed by anything Rosta has to say.
“Dalton, I don’t think much of the kid,” Edwards said. “I really do think he’s a b*tch because if I were to catch him outside, just me and him, and no cameras around, and we really get into it, I know he wouldn’t want to get into it. He’s just putting an act on, so, it is what it is.”
