Two former Lady Vols competed in the WNBA on Wednesday.
Los Angeles (17-18) defeated Dallas (9-27), 81-80, at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California.
Rickea Jackson started and played 33 minutes for the Sparks. She totaled 25 points, five rebounds and two steals. Jackson converted 9-of-15 field goal attempts, 6-of-7 three-point attempts and 1-of-1 free throw attempts.

The former Lady Vol is in her second professional season after being selected in the first round of the 2024 WNBA draft (No. 4 overall) by the Sparks.
Paige Bueckers, the No. 1 overall selection in the 2025 WNBA draft, scored 44 points for a career high.

Rae Burrell also recorded two points, two rebounds, two assists and one block in 19 minutes for Los Angeles. She converted 1-of-5 field goal attempts.
Burrell played for the Lady Vols from 2018-22 and was selected by Los Angeles in the first round (No. 9 overall) of the 2022 WNBA draft.

Los Angeles will next play Aug. 26 versus Phoenix. Tipoff is slated for 10 p.m. EDT at Crypto.com Arena.
