MJF Dodges Hair Transplant Question After Expensive Trip to Turkey

by

MJF really believes he is perfection and that includes everything about his appearance, which is why it’s no surprise he dodged questions about him going to Turkey for a hair transplant.

While speaking to VICE, MJF was asked why he agreed to face Místico in a mask versus title match but refused to do the hair versus mask stipulation that Místico wanted. MJF explained that he has a great head of hair and no reason to lose it, especially since he is a hot commodity in Hollywood. He argued that being bald would hurt his chances of getting acting jobs.

“Yeah, I have a lovely head of hair and there’s no reason for me to lose it. I’m currently a big hot commodity in Hollywood. Do you think they’re going to hire me for jobs if I’m a balding freak?”

When pressed on whether his decision had anything to do with an expensive trip to Turkey, suggesting the trip was for a hair transplant, MJF admitted that he had been there.

The Salt of the Earth said Turkey was a lovely place, the trip was expensive, and he stayed at the Ritz Carlton while enjoying good food. However, he insisted the trip had nothing to do with his hair, making it clear he was dodging any suggestion of getting a hair transplant.

“Turkey was lovely. Yeah, I’ve been to Turkey. Turkey’s a lovely place, I mean, it was actually an expensive trip. I stayed at the Ritz Carlton and I ate a lot of good food, but I don’t understand how that has anything to do with my hair.”

While MJF clearly won’t reveal if he did get a hair transplant in Turkey, we do know he will be defending the CMLL World Title against Mistico at CMLL’s 91st Aniversario card next month and so we’ll have to see if he can retain the title against the Mexican legend.

Do you believe MJF really got a hair transplant in Turkey? Sound off in the comments.
