Nick Gage is back—and he didn’t come quietly.
The GCW legend made his shocking return at GCW Homecoming: Night One, laying waste to Matt Cardona and Tommy Invincible in true Gage fashion. Fans were initially fooled when “For Whom The Bell Tolls” hit the speakers and Tommy Invincible appeared dressed as Gage. But the real MDK leader wasn’t far behind.
Gage stormed the ring and went straight after Cardona, smashing him with light tubes and handing Shotzi Blackheart a pizza cutter. Shotzi didn’t hesitate—she dragged it across Cardona’s forehead, drawing blood and loud chants from the Atlantic City crowd.
This return carried extra weight after Gage was previously advertised for GCW Homecoming 2024 but never appeared. Before that match, GCW’s Brett Lauderdale addressed the fans and explained the situation. “Gage was not able to make it and he was unsure when he would return to the ring,” Lauderdale told the crowd, adding, “When he was ready, Gage would always have a home at GCW.”
That moment finally came—and Gage reminded everyone why he remains one of the most feared names in deathmatch wrestling.
