Tennessee is recruiting to flip a 2027 five-star running back committed to Penn State, according to Hayes Fawcett of Rivals.
Kemon Spell could flip his commitment to the Vols, Ohio State, USC, Alabama, Notre Dame or Michigan.

The 5-foot-9, 205-pound prospect is from McKeesport High School in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. 247Sports ranks him as the No. 1 running back in the class and No. 1 player in Pennsylvania.
Penn State offered Spell a scholarship on May 17, 2024. He committed to the Nittany Lions on Aug. 2, 2024.
Tennessee offered Spell a scholarship on Feb. 2. He will visit the Vols for the Tennessee-Oklahoma game on Nov. 1 at Neyland Stadium.
