Carlos Alcaraz later shared his reasons for getting a new haircut after the tournament.
His brother made a mistake at one point, after which he decided to remove all the hair from his head.
"I felt like my hair was really long," Alcaraz said.
"Before the tournament, I just really wanted to get a haircut. Suddenly, my brother misunderstood the machine. He just cut it and the only way to fix [was] to shave it off."
