The Pakistan High-performance coach Aaqib Javed has kept faith in his players, as he declared that the announced Pakistan team under Salman Agha is not only capable of performing well but also of winning the T20 World Cup, and so he expects them to.

Pakistan revealed their squad for the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup, and they are all decked out to make their team look like a solid side who are up for all challenges in the tournament. They would look forward to changing their fate after a disastrous exit from the group stages of the competition last time in the United States.

Pakistan have also been placed in the same group as the Indians, and they would be eyeing to avenge their Asia Cup humiliation after the Men in Blue crushed them three times in the competition. They would also look to avenge the USA side.

Mike Hesson explains the snub of Haris Rauf and Mohammad Wasim Jr

Another shocking revelation in the Pakistan squad for the World Cup was the snub of one of their seasoned stars, Haris Rauf, who has been part of every ICC tournament since his debut for the Pakistan national side.

Head coach Mike Hesson has announced why they had to snub the likes of players like Haris Rauf, Mohammad Wasim Jr., and Ahmed Daniyal, as they couldn’t make it because the other three who have been included in the lineup could bowl across all phases of a game.

Head Coach Mike Hesson said, “We considered Haris Rauf, Wasim Jr., and Ahmed Daniyal, but they couldn’t make it because the other three, Shaheen, Salman, and Naseem, can bowl in all three phases.”

Head coach backs a finisher in Usman Khan

Mike Hesson said, “Usman Khan has been doing extremely well since his comeback. He has remained not out in the last 3 chases.”
