AEW recorded the August 23rd episode of AEW Collision from the OVO Hydro in Glasgow, Scotland on August 20th. The show had some pretty solid matches from start to finish, and here are the spoiler results.
Scorpio Sky, Dante Martin, Darius Martin, and Hiromu Takahashi defeated Josh Alexander, Rocky Romero, Hechicero, and Lance Archer when Takahashi pinned Romero after the Time Bomb.
Megan Bayne pinned Isla Dawn after the Fate’s Descent.
Willow Nightingale and Queen Aminata defeated Skye Blue and Julia Hart via pinfall. After the match, Thekla, Megan Bayne, and Penelope Ford attacked the babyfaces. Harley Cameron tried to help, but she was beaten down as well, until Kris Statlander made the save.
Zack Sabre Jr. defeated Max Caster in another Caster Open Challenge. Afterwards, Anthony Bowens ran in and attacked Caster, but Billy Gunn made the save.
Konosuke Takeshita pinned Tomohiro Ishii with the Raging Fire.
Big Bill pinned Mark Andrews in a squash match. Bryan Keith helped Big Bill beat Andrews up even more after the match.
The Gates of Agony defeated the Grizzled Young Veterans via pinfall.
The Young Bucks defeated Roderick Strong and Kyle O’Reilly after interference from Don Callis and Kazuchika Okada. After the match, Kazuchika Okada took out Swerve Strickland. This concluded the tapings.
