AEW Dynamite Results (9/3/2025): Live Match Updates and Highlights
The show opens up with commentary hyping up tonight’s lineup before Gabe Kidd shows up and says the clock is ticking. Kidd then asks where Darby Allin is. Allin then responds by sliding into the ring to go after Kidd. Kidd then fights back before removing a turnbuckle, but Allin slams his hand against the exposed turnbuckle instead. Before Allin can continue, Kidd responds and takes Allin to the floor, then sends Allin into the guardrail.
Kidd then continues the attack before backing off to run down the crowd, but that turns out to be costly as Allin climbs the turnbuckle and nails him with a Coffin Drop. Both men then return to the ring, where Kidd fights out of the corner and Wheeler Yuta shows up to intervene. Allin then fends him off before catching an approaching Gabe Kidd with a springboard Coffin Drop. Allin then rolls out of the ring and retrieves a skateboard with thumbtacks on it before attacking Kidd and Yuta with it.
Yuta then rolls out of the ring as we see Kidd in the corner, trying to get to his feet. The rest of the Death Riders then surround the ring, with Claudio Castagnoli starting to step into the ring when the lights cut out. We then get a HOOK signal and HOOK makes his way out. HOOK doesn’t get too far out before The Opps make their way out to brawl with the Death Riders. Willow Nightingale then makes her way out and goes after Marina Shafir. It is absolute chaos at ringside, but we head to the back and we see Kidd holding Allin down on a forklift. He then grabs a nearby hammer, but Allin manages to evade it. Allin then goes to a nearby truck where he throws some powder to the eyes of Kidd and he follows it up with a rag to take Kidd out long enough to retrieve a body bag. Allin then puts Kidd into the bag, which gets attached to a chain that gets dragged by the truck when Allin goes for a ride.
We then head back to ringside, where commentary is astounded by what went down before talking about the big news regarding All Out on HBO Max. They then talk about the lineup for tonight’s show once again.
We then get a video package looking at tonight’s AEW TBS Championship Match.
Mercedes Moné then makes her way down to the ring for the first match of the night and Alex Windsor follows.

Windsor then sends Moné down for a near fall. Moné is back up and she puts Windsor in a Statement Maker, but Windsor makes it to the ropes for a break. Windsor then heads to the outside as Moné follows, but the fight leads to Windsor sending Moné to the floor with a cannonball senton off the apron. Windsor then brings Moné back to the ring for a clothesline and a two count.
The fight then heads to the ropes as Windsor puts Moné in a Sharpshooter, but it’s through the ropes so the hold is illegal despite its damage done to Moné. Moné then manages to break free before hitting a powerbomb that sends Windsor to the floor. Both women are in the ring and Windsor goes to the ropes to hit a shoulder tackle on Moné. Windsor then hits a leg sweep, but she only gets a two count. Windsor then looks for a Sharpshooter once again, but she settles for a Blue Thunder Bomb for another near fall. Windsor then cinches in a Sharpshooter as Moné struggles to break free and she manages to counter to a Statement Maker. Windsor then looks for a cradle before rising to her feet, only for Moné to hit her with a crucifix pin for a two.
Moné then hits a backstabber, but Windsor fights back with a spinebuster as we get a ten-minute notice from the ring announcer. Windsor is then able to cinch in the Sharpshooter once more, but Moné breaks free enough to roll out of the ring as the hold is still locked in. The referee then makes the count as Windsor looks to inflict as much damage as possible. She then slides back in the ring, with Moné sliding in right around nine. We then head to the back, where we hear from The Opps before HOOK interrupts to tell them not to fight his battles for him. Samoa Joe then tries to clear the air about Hobbs replacing him in the Trios Title Match as well as saying they all have their battles to fight with the Death Riders. HOOK then looks less than pleased about all this and he storms off.
We then head to another backstage area, where Ricochet and GOA address the Hurt Syndicate and relying on past legacies. Toa Liona then says they ended the Hurt Syndicate’s tag title reign. Bishop Kaun then says Ricochet alone is better than the now-former champs. This then ends in Ricochet calling out the Hurt Syndicate for All Out.
Mark Briscoe then makes his way down to the ring and grabs a microphone. Briscoe starts off by talking about Philly being where he and his late brother got their start in professional wrestling. Briscoe then says in 2025 his focus is on Kyle Fletcher and the TNT Title that he wears around his waist. Briscoe then says unfortunately that involves a conversation with a man named Don Callis. This then gets some boos and a “f–k Don Callis” chant from the crowd, to which Briscoe agrees before he runs down Callis. Briscoe then acknowledges that he has to face someone else in the Family to earn his shot at the title, telling Callis to bring whoever it is on out here. Don Callis then comes out with Rocky Romero and Lance Archer and he has something important to say. He then says he knows that Briscoe is very impatient to get his answer. He then says he is a little busy getting Kyle and Josh ready for the big 8-man main event later tonight.
Callis then says if you want your answer, it’s not gonna be something you like as this Saturday on Collision it will be none other than The Alpha Konosuke Takeshita. This then brings out Takeshita, who stares Briscoe down as he approaches the ring. He then steps in to stand up against Briscoe as Callis tells him to save whatever he wants to do for Saturday. The Don Callis Family then start to leave when Briscoe says he’s good to fight Takeshita on Saturday, but he wants to give another whooping tonight first. Romero then starts to take his shirt off before Callis calls for Lance Archer to go in instead. Briscoe then gets the jump on him, but not for long as a referee comes to the ring to get this impromptu match underway.
Singles Match: The Conglomeration’s Mark Briscoe vs. Don Callis Family’s “The Murderhawk Monster” Lance Archer
The match starts off with both men spilling to the outside as Briscoe hits a dropkick through the ropes on Archer. Archer then fights back before hitting a chokeslam that sends Briscoe onto the ring steps. This then gets interrupted by the arrival of Marina Shafir and Wheeler Yuta as Statlander tells them that she got the message from their friend. Yuta then senses the tension and decides to head out as he is wrestling next.

A blind tag is then made by King and he sets up for a double team before King sets up for a superplex. Bandido then makes a blind tag as well as he looks to finish things off, only for Marina Shafir to trip him up. A Power and Glory special from the Death Riders then leads to a cover from Yuta, but Bandido manages to kick out.

This then culminates with Knight taking Fletcher down for a UFO Splash right onto the knees of Fletcher.
