Taylor Fritz toppled Carlos Alcaraz leading Team World to the 2025 Laver Cup.

The pair may square off in a rematch at Laver Cup London 2026.

World No. 1 Alcaraz and American No. 1 Fritz have signed on for the 2026 Laver Cup set for the The O2 in London from September 25-27, 2026.

In Andre Agassi’s debut as captain, Team World surprised Team Europe 15-9 to capture its third Laver Cup championship before the largest crowd in the event’s history in San Francisco. Fritz clinched the Cup defeating Alexander Zverev on the final Sunday in San Francisco.

The 2026 edition marks the Laver Cup’s return to London – the scene of one of the most unforgettable moments in tennis history. At The O2 in 2022, Roger Federer brought his legendary career to a close and brought the house down before a packed London crowd alongside his longtime rivals Rafa Nadal, Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray.

Although Team World has claimed three of the last four Laver Cup titles, Team Europe leads the overall rivalry 5-3.

“To play at The O2 in London is going to be amazing,” said Alcaraz. “Having the chance to be in a team with players that normally I’m fighting against during the year is really unique and what makes me keep wanting to play Laver Cup every year.

“Hopefully we’ll have the crowd behind us and I’m really motivated to help Team Europe win the Laver Cup back.”

“We are excited to bring the Laver Cup back to London,” said Tony Godsick, Laver Cup Chairman and TEAM8 CEO. “The O2 holds a special place in the history of our event and the sport, having hosted some of the Laver Cup’s most memorable moments. After a record-breaking edition in San Francisco, we anticipate another amazing competition in front of a packed arena.”

A range of Full Tournament Hospitality Packages go on sale at 10:00 AM GMT today (November 18). Each hospitality package includes the same seat for all five sessions with spectacular views of the court combined with access to one of the Laver Cup’s premium hospitality spaces.
