The 2025 season was brutal for the Indiana Fever. Key contributors suffered season-ending injuries, including Caitlin Clark (groin), Sydney Colson (torn ACL), Sophie Cunningham (knee), Chloe Bibby (knee), and Damiris Dantas (concussion), decimating the backcourt and bench. Amid the injury woes, Aliyah Boston stood out as one of the few constants, playing every game for the Fever last season and anchoring both ends of the floor.
In her third WNBA season, Boston raised her game markedly; she averaged 15.0 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 3.7 assists while adding 1.2 steals and 0.9 blocks in 44 regular season appearances. Her 361 total rebounds also set a new franchise single-season record – the third time in as many seasons she has broken it.

As Indiana pushed to the WNBA semifinals despite its depleted roster, Boston’s steady presence and efficiency became the foundation of their postseason run. Boston made her third consecutive All-star appearance, while also receiving All-WNBA Second Team and WNBA All-Defensive Second Team honors
With the WNBA offseason now in full swing, Boston has received some more recognition.
On Tuesday, Forbes announced her as one of the honorees on its 2026 Forbes 30 Under 30 – USA list under the Sports category at age 23.

This honor puts her alongside stars like Clark, who made the 2025 version of the list at age 22, meaning both now belong to the exclusive club of top young sports talents recognized by Forbes.
Boston’s rise traces back to an outstanding college career, during which she won a national title with the South Carolina Gamecocks and earned multiple individual accolades. She was selected No. 1 overall by the Fever in 2023 and earned the Rookie of the Year award that same year.

Beyond basketball, Boston has also built a robust brand resume. She has a multi-year footwear and apparel endorsement deal with Adidas, joining the ranks of top women’s basketball stars like WNBA legend Candace Parker. She also became an investor in a new professional women’s soccer club, Boston Legacy FC, which will debut in 2026
Now preparing for her fourth WNBA season, Boston has not only evolved into a two-way force, known for her defensive impact and dominant presence in the paint, she has also established herself as a marketable brand off the court.
