Another piece of the Iowa women’s basketball schedule was revealed on Tuesday. The Hawkeyes will host in-state foe and head coach Jan Jensen’s alma mater, Drake, on Nov. 13 in Iowa City.
Iowa topped Drake a season ago in Des Moines, 86-73. Center Addison O’Grady led the way in that win with 27 points. Guard Lucy Olsen added 18 points and senior forward Hannah Stuelke chipped in with 16 points and seven rebounds. Sophomore guard Teagan Mallegni also finished in double figures with 13 points and a trio of made 3-pointers.

The Hawkeyes have won seven straight in the series and lead the all-time series 31-25.
After Tuesday’s news, Iowa’s nonconference schedule now features the Nov. 13 date versus Drake; a Nov. 16 contest at Northern Iowa; matchups against Baylor and Miami (Fla.) on Nov. 20 and Nov. 22 in the 2025 WBCA Showcase; a home date versus Western Illinois on Nov. 25; a contest against Fairfield in Iowa City on Nov. 30; a trip to Iowa State on Dec. 10; hosting Lindenwood on Dec. 13; and a date against defending national champion Connecticut in the Women’s Champions Classic on Dec. 20.
