While college football season is now in full swing, basketball season is just around the corner. Last Thursday, the Big Ten announced every team’s conference schedule for the 2025 season, including for Eric Musselman and the USC Trojans.
USC will open its conference slate on December 2 at Oregon. The Trojans’ Big Ten home opener will be on December 6 vs. Washington.

After a month-long break for a few more nonconference games and final exams, USC will resume Big Ten play in early January with a trip to Michigan, Michigan State, and Maryland. The Trojans will then return home for Maryland, Purdue, and Northwestern, before traveling to face Wisconsin and Iowa.
Following hole games against Rutgers and Indiana, USC’s final cross-country road trip of the season will come in mid-February, when the Trojans travel to face Penn State and Ohio State.
Over the final three weeks of the regular season, USC will not have to leave the West Coast. The Trojans will play home games against Illinois, Oregon, Nebraska, and UCLA, while also traveling to Westwood to face crosstown rival UCLA ajd to Seattle to play Washington. The regular season will conclude with the Crosstown Showdown at Galen Center on March 7.
USC is entering its second season under Musselman. After a disappointing first campaign, the Trojans are looking to return to NCAA Tournament contention in 2025-2026.
