Bremerton’s Jalen Davis heading to USA Basketball Men’s Junior National Team minicamp

Bremerton boys basketball star Jalen Davis continues to gain attention on the national stage.

Davis, who led the Knights to a Class 2A state title last season as a sophomore, is expected to participate in the 2025 USA Basketball Men’s Junior National Team minicamp from Oct. 10-12 at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Participants at the camp will represent the classes of 2026, 2027, 2028 and 2029.

Davis, who is in the class of 2027, and his fellow athletes were selected by the USA Basketball Men’s Development National Team committee. Athletes will participate in on-court skill development and scrimmages, as well as life skills sessions.

“USA Basketball Men’s Junior National Team is excited to host the October minicamp as we continue to support elite players in reaching their full potential,” said Sean Ford, USA Basketball Men’s National Team director and committee chair. “Our goal is to work closely with athletes and parents to help them successfully navigate the pathway as their careers progress. We look forward to welcoming back our returning athletes as well as several first-time participants.”

Davis, who picked up numerous NCAA Division I college offers during the spring and summer, is expected to take an official visit to the University of Washington on Sept. 27. He is ranked as the 33rd overall prospect in the Class of 2027 by 247Sports.
