Butler’s mutlimedia rights switched from Leerfield to PlayFly Sports, which announced a 10-year partnership in July. The partnership is the latest deal finalized by Playfly.
βPlayfly has been a tremendous partner early on in our relationship and working with Radio One to deliver Butler Basketball to our loyal fans in this way is yet another example,” athletic director Grant Leieindecker said. “Mark and Nick are great ambassadors for their alma mater and are among college basketballβs best at connecting the Bulldogs with our audience.β
Leiendecker previously said Butler’s partnership with PlayFly Sports will help close the gap in funding for the basketball team and athletic program.
In addition to new multimedia rights, Butler is making visual upgrades to Hinkle Fieldhouse including a new LED video screen and other digital display elements.
