After a 14-point win over Iowa State, BYU moved up one spot to #10 in the AP Poll released Sunday.
BYU is one of five Big 12 teams ranked along with Texas Tech (13), Cincinnati (17), Houston (22), and Utah (24). Utah re-entering the rankings means BYU has one ranked win on the season. BYU has upcoming games with Texas Tech and Cincinnati.

BYU has a bye week before a huge matchup at Texas Tech November 2. The Red Raiders hit the road on Saturday to play at Kansas State, who is 4-4 but playing their best ball of the season. Kansas State looks like the Big 12 contender they were supposed to be before the season started. After a rocky start, the Wildcats are playing well on both sides of the ball.
BYU plays at Cincinnati November 22. Both teams are the lone undefeated teams in Big 12 play and currently sit atop the conference standings.
