Caitlin Clark saw her second WNBA season with the Indiana Fever end early, appearing in just 13 games in 2025 because of multiple injuries, including issues with her groin and ankle. But even with Clark sidelined, Aliyah Boston and Kelsey Mitchell helped lead the Fever to the semifinals of the 2025 WNBA playoffs, where they fell to the Las Vegas Aces in overtime of Game 5.
While Clark was forced to watch from the bench for much of 2025, she made the most of her opportunities when she was on the court. Averaging 16.5 points, 5.0 rebounds and 8.8 assists per game, the former Iowa Hawkeyes star earned her second All-Star selection and was named one of the 10 starters.

But Clark wasn’t the only Indiana star to make the All-Star game, with Boston and Mitchell joining her. In fact, Boston is coming off the best season of her three-year career in 2025, averaging a career-high 15.0 points on 53.8% shooting, 8.2 rebounds, 3.7 assists and a team-high 0.9 blocks per game. This was good enough to earn the former South Carolina forward her first WNBA All-Defensive nod.
But Boston has remained active in the basketball world during the WNBA offseason, participating in season two of the 3-on-3 Unrivaled league. Playing for Phantom BC, Boston is averaging 20 points, 10.1 rebounds and 2.5 assists in Miami, while recording a league-high 2.2 blocks per game.

And on Sunday, the Fever highlighted Boston’s Unrivaled-leading 24 blocks with an Instagram post showcasing some of her best rejections in the WNBA. However, the video Indiana used appeared distorted, making it difficult for viewers to watch.
“no one’s blocking more shots down in Miami than @aliyah.boston 😈,” the Fever wrote. “she’s leading the league with 24 blocks, averaging 2.0 BPG. take a look at her best career blocks…the TALL way.”
Clark caught a glimpse of the Fever’s post, but immediately noticed something wrong with the video, sharing a complaint in the comments.

“Respectfully how am I supposed to watch this,” Clark wrote. “Now I have a migraine.”
Clark will begin her third season with the Fever on May 9 as Paige Bueckers and the Dallas Wings come to Indianapolis. However, the 2026 WNBA season is in jeopardy, thanks to the stalemate between the league and the players over the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
