The Mercury’s Sabally has been out since July 3 with an ankle injury. At first, she was planning on participating in the All-Star Game, but has since announced that has changed.
Sabally posted a lengthy message on her Instagram Story explaining her decision not to suit up for the All-Star Game.
“Unfortunately, my body still needs more time to recover and I am unable to suit up and play in this weekendβs game. Iβm disappointed, naturally, but I want to ensure Iβm doing everything I can to be healthy after the break and give the my organization and the X-Factor everything I can as we compete to accomplish our team goals.”

She also revealed that she will be in Indianapolis on Thursday for the CBA meeting.
“I will still be in Indianapolis on Thursday to take part in the most important part of the weekend, which is fighting for a fair and equitable CBA. Iβm proud to be a part of the WNBPA Leadership Committee and will fight alongside my peers for a CBA that reflects where our league is and where itβs going. Good luck to all of the all stars, and X-Factor… Iβll see you soon π¦”
