Canelo-Crawford winner to receive Super Bowl-like championship ring

by

Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford will be competing for many things on Saturday, tangible and intangible.

Two of the biggest names in the sport of boxing will clash at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas for a massive superfight, which could determine the No. 1 pound-for-pound fighter in the world. The winner of the fight will walk out with millions in their bank accounts and all of the bragging rights in the world in boxing circles, but there’s also some pretty special hardware to go along with it – and that’s beyond the IBF, WBC, and WBO super middleweight titles.

The WBC has created a very special WBC Crown Series Undisputed Championship ring, which will be given to the winner of the big fight on Saturday.

The ring is massive, similar in size to the Philadelphia Eaglesmost recent Super Bowl ring.

The yellow gold ring was created in collaboration with WBC strategic partner Rasheen Farlow and Jason of Beverly Hills. It features 8.5 carats of white diamonds, along with the shape of the WBC belt in green stones, and four colored stones representing boxing’s four sanctioning bodies. On one side of the ring, you’ll find the date of the fight with the Ring Magazine logo, and on the other, the word “undisputed” above the WBC logo and the year 2025.

But the fun doesn’t stop on the outside. Twist off the top, and inside you’ll find the bowl of Allegiant Stadium with Canelo and Crawford’s names at opposite end zones.

The value? A cool $100,000.
