Peel is also hoping to welcome back some more Wales internationals, with five involved in Wales’ bruising 73-0 defeat by the Springboks.
“We’ve got a few of them back, one or two are nursing a few bumps and bruises so we’ll monitor them over the next day or so, but I imagine some will start and others might come off the bench,” Peel said.
“We’re reintroducing them back into the group slowly because they’ve had a pretty tough couple of weeks, it’s just being smart with our selections.”
After hosting Bristol, Scarlets travel to the south of France the following Saturday to take on reigning European champions Bordeaux Begles.
