Michigan football has had very little attrition following the firing of head coach Sherrone Moore. One player, quarterback Jadyn Davis, is in the transfer portal (as expected) but that’s been the only casualty thus far.
But now, a coach is on his way out.

Chip Lindsey, the Wolverines’ offensive coordinator, has been in Ann Arbor for a year but with the coaching change, he’s not waiting around to find out if he’ll be retained. According to ESPN’s Pete Thamel, Lindsey is signing a three-year contract with Missouri for the same role in Columbia. It’s currently unclear if he will still call plays for the maize and blue agains Texas in the Cheez-It Citrus Bowl.
Well know before too long whether or not Lindsey will travel to Orlando.
Michigan’s coaching search also remains in flux with no clear favorite after Alabama won against Oklahoma, perhaps changing the calculus of whether Kalen DeBoer is still available.
