Another college football Saturday has made its way around the calendar. This weekend is jam-packed with marquee matchups, including four top-25 clashes. Here are the players that I am going to be watching in their games.
Julian Neal
Arkansas’ Neal is a top member of a Razorback team that has struggled this season. The 6’2” cornerback from California has been solid with two interceptions and eight passes defensed thus far. He and Arkansas face off against the LSU Tigers in Baton Rouge this Saturday.
DJ Campbell
The Longhorns of Texas square off against the Georgia Bulldogs in what should be a highly competitive top-ten game this weekend in college football. One player that Saints fans and I should keep a close watch on is guard DJ Campbell. He stands tall at 6’3”, 321 lbs., and serves as a critical piece to the interior of Texas’ offensive line.
Max Klare
Ohio State’s Max Klare is currently projected to go sometime within the middle portion of the upcoming NFL Draft. The 6’5” pass catcher has nearly 300 receiving yards along with a touchdown on 26 receptions this year. A reliable target with strong hands and size is exactly the type of prospect Saints fans should keep an eye on this weekend.
