ESPN’s “College GameDay” is attending their first Georgia Bulldogs game of the season on Saturday. The GameDay crew will be in Knoxville, Tennessee, for the Georgia at Tennessee Volunteers game.
Last year, GameDay also attended the Georgia-Tennessee game, which ended up being a 31-17 win for the Bulldogs. GameDay has attended three of the last four meetings between Georgia and Tennessee (2022, 2024 and 2025).

In 2024, Georgia went 3-1 with GameDay in town, while Tennessee went 1-2. GameDay has not visited Tennessee’s campus since the Volunteers‘ memorable 52-49 victory over Alabama in Oct. 2022.
GameDay opted to attend the Georgia at Tennessee game over other enticing Week 3 matchups including Florida at LSU, Texas A&M at Notre Dame, Clemson at Georgia Tech, Wisconsin at Alabama and South Florida at Miami. GameDay’s coverage will begin at 9 a.m. ET on Saturday, Sept. 13, from Knoxville, Tennessee (ESPN). The Georgia at Tennessee game kicks off at 3:30 p.m. ET and will be televised on ABC. Nick Saban, Kirk Herbstreit, Rece Davis, Desmond Howard and Pat McAfee are college football analysts for GameDay.
