‘College GameDay’ headed to Big Ten school for Week 7

by

The country’s most popular college football pregame show, ESPN’s “College GameDay” will be at the No. 7 Indiana Hoosiers at No. 2 Oregon Ducks game in Week 7. This will be GameDay’s first trip to Oregon since the Ducks‘ win over Ohio State last October.

After Week 7, GameDay will have attended an SEC campus three times, a Big Ten campus three times and an ACC campus once. GameDay has not attended a Big 12 campus since Nov. 2022.

Last week, GameDay attended the Vanderbilt Commodores at Alabama Crimson Tide game, which Alabama ended up winning 30-14.

Kirk Herbstreit, Nick Saban, Rece Davis, Desmond Howard and Pat McAfee serve as college football experts for GameDay. The guest picker for the show has not been announced yet, but Oregon has plenty of viable candidates.

GameDay’s coverage will start at 9 a.m. ET on Saturday, Oct. 11, from Eugene, Oregon, and will be televised on ESPN. The Indiana-Oregon game kicks off at 3:30 p.m. ET and will be televised on CBS.

We correctly predicted that GameDay would attend Indiana at Oregon last week and will try to continue that streak. GameDay has several strong options in Week 8. Ole Miss at Georgia could be a top-10 matchup as long as the Bulldogs take care of business against Auburn this week. Alabama hosts Tennessee in an SEC rivalry clash. LSU plays at Vanderbilt and Texas Tech plays at Arizona State in two other games that should be ranked matchups. However, we think GameDay will be heading to Athens, Georgia, for the Georgia-Ole Miss game!
