The Colorado basketball television schedule for the 2025-26 season was released on Tuesday. Colorado will have four games on either ESPN, ESPN2 or ESPNU. Thirteen of the Buffaloes’ games will be on ESPN+, including the first five games of the season.
Four of Colorado’s games, against San Francisco, at Colorado State, vs. Texas Tech and at West Virginia, will be broadcast on CBS Sports Network. TNT will broadcast games at Arizona State, vs. TCU, vs. Arizona State and vs. Oklahoma State. Three Big 12 matchups at Iowa State, at BYU, and vs. Kansas State will be on FS1.

Finally, Colorado will have two road games on NBC’s streaming service, Peacock, against Cincinnati and Baylor. The Buffaloes’ marquee matchups against Houston (road), Kansas (home), and Arizona (home) will air on ESPN2, ESPN, and ESPN2, respectively. All three teams are in the top 25 of the preseason AP Poll.
There’s clearly a variety of channels and broadcast partners that Colorado fans will be able to catch the team throughout the season. The number of nationally televised games (16) compared to 15 “stream-only” games is surprising, given the program’s last-place finish in the Big 12 a year ago. CU definitely benefits from having several NCAA tournament-caliber teams in the conference, giving the Buffaloes more national visibility.
Colorado should be better than its 14-21 overall record and 3-17 conference record, but it is still a very young squad with multiple new pieces. The Buffaloes begin their 2025-26 season at the CU Events Center on November 3 against Montana State.
