The College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) announced a new multi-year partnership with Fitter & Faster Swim Camps,
naming the organization as the exclusive presenting partner of the CSCAA Scholar All-America and All-America honors.
Through the partnership, Fitter & Faster will support two of the CSCAA’s flagship recognitions that celebrate academic excellence and elite performance
across collegiate swimming and diving.
Scholar All-America and All-America: What the partnership supports
The CSCAA Scholar All-America program is the association’s highest academic honor, recognizing thousands of student-athletes annually and
highlighting swimming and diving as one of the premier academically achieving sports on college campuses.
In addition, the CSCAA All-America program honors approximately 1,200 student-athletes each year across NCAA Division I, II, and III, NAIA,
and junior/community college levels, recognizing elite national championship performances.
2024–25 Scholar All-America impact
- 2,700+ individual student-athletes recognized as Scholar All-Americans
- 781 teams from 459 institutions (Fall semester), representing more than 19,000 student-athletes
- 763 teams from 432 institutions (Spring semester), representing more than 18,000 student-athletes

The partnership also creates opportunities for collaborative storytelling that spotlights student-athletes and teams who have earned these honors,
including those who have previously engaged with Fitter & Faster programs.
Beyond recognition, the partnership extends into the broader CSCAA ecosystem, including engagement and support at the CSCAA Annual Meetings
and Awards Celebration and shared efforts to elevate the visibility and value of collegiate swimming and diving.
The CSCAA will announce each Scholar All-America and All-America class through its official channels throughout the year.
