Trick Williams and Lash Legend are officially engaged after Trick dropped to one knee and stunned Lash with a surprise Thanksgiving proposal—and now WWE Hall of Famer D-Von Dudley wants in on the celebration as the officiant.
While speaking on the Duke Loves Rasslin podcast, D-Von made it crystal clear: he wants to be the one who marries the WWE power couple—and he’s not taking no for an answer.
“You know, congratulations to both of them and I wish them nothing but the best. But I will say this — let Reverend D-Von do the ceremony. That’s what I’m going to go for.”
D-Von says he plans to reach out personally and put the pressure on.
“Let me do it. I’m going to give ’em a call. I’m gonna say, ‘Listen, I’ll be very upset with our friendship.’ I’m gonna tell Lash, I’m gonna say, ‘Listen, you have to let D-Von do the ceremony.’”
And just to seal the deal, he ended with a pitch straight from the heart:
“Lash, I’m telling you. Lash, Trick, come on now. Let the Right Reverend D-Von do his job.”
D-Von has previously officiated weddings, and his larger-than-life charisma would be a perfect match for one of the most beloved WWE couples in recent memory. Trick and Lash’s love story has blossomed both in and out of the ring—and now, with the whole wrestling world cheering them on, their wedding could have its own WWE legend front and center.
