The Hurricanes become the third different program that Wilson will play for in the last three seasons.
With the Hurricanes, Wilson will be inserted into a Miami defense that ranked fifth nationally in points allowed (14.8 points per game) and 12th in total yards per game (294.1 yards per game) this season under Corey Hetherman with Rueben Bain Jr. and Akheem Mesidor, who are projected to be taken in the first-round of the upcoming NFL draft.
In his lone season at Missouri, Wilson put together a career-high season, as he finished with 23 total tackles (9.5 tackles for loss) and nine sacks. He also came up with his first-career interception against Vanderbilt off a deflected pass from Commodores quarterback Diego Pavia.
