David Onama past his biggest career test with flying colors.
In April at a UFC Fight Night event in Kansas City, Mo., Onama faced dangerous striker and previously ranked UFC featherweight Giga Chikadze. It was a tough test, but Onama was able to neutralize Chikadze on both the striking and the ground to take home a unanimous decision. The victory capped off Onama’s current four-fight win streak.

Onama (14-2 MMA, 6-2 UFC) returns to the cage Saturday in his first UFC main event. He takes on fellow rising contender Steve Garcia (18-5 MMA, 7-2 UFC) at UFC Fight Night 263 (ESPN+) at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.
