The stock of Devan Kennedy appears to be on the rise. Last year when we spoke with the young defensive tackle, he was a true freshman swimming upstream and just trying to find his way in the world of college football. One year later, Kennedy is gaining ground and getting mentioned as a player on the rise by his defensive coordinator.
Kennedy spoke with us at media day to discuss his first year and the players and coaches who helped him navigate that time. He also talks about fall camp this year and the opportunity that he has to potential crack into the two deeps of the Iowa defense.
