It was a battle of two legends’ daughters
And it was Frank Mir’s daughter, Bella Mir, who dominated Jocko Willink’s daughter, Rana Willink, tonight (Thurs., Dec. 11, 2025) at UFC BJJ 4 inside the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, earning a clear-cut unanimous decision after three rounds of pressure-heavy grappling.

Mir wasted no time, hitting a powerful double-leg takedown within seconds. From there, she rode out top control, threatened with a D’arce choke, transitioned to mount, used a gift wrap to advance, and eventually took Willink’s back. Willink defended well and fired back late, attacking Mir’s knee with a kneebar attempt before the round expired.
Round two opened with more of the same: Mir sliced into half guard, Willink chased armbars and heel hooks, and Mir calmly shut everything down. Midway through the frame, the ref paused the action so a doctor could check Mir’s bloody nose, but she was cleared and immediately hit another takedown to resume her dominance.
Willink pulled guard to start round three, hoping to force scrambles, but Mir stayed heavy and safe. Willink continued hunting heel hooks, toe holds, and anything she could latch onto, but none came close as Mir’s strength and pressure smothered her offense.

Despite the one-sided win, Mir said afterward that she was disappointed with her performance.
With the victory, Mir moves to 2-0 in UFC BJJ. She’ll now shift her focus back to her college wrestling season at North Central College for the next three months before likely lining up her next MMA fight this summer.
