Donte DiVincenzo Was Not Blocked By Wolves From Participating In EuroBasket

Donte DiVincenzo pulled out of EuroBasket with Italy on his own accord, sources tell The Athletic. The Minnesota Timberwolves didn’t block DiVincenzo from participating.

DiVincenzo made the decision as a precautionary measure to ensure he is healthy when camp begins in the fall.

DiVincenzo missed time last season with a toe injury, but there is no concern about it currently.

DiVincenzo has two seasons remaining on his four-year, $50 million contract signed with the New York Knicks during the 2023 offseason.
