“Like coach Franklin said there is a lot of unfinished business, and that is part of the reason I came back,” said Allar in a BIG Ten media day presser.
“There was a lot of things that I wanted to accomplish individually and improve on, and also more importantly the team stuff. There is a lot of things you know we came close to last year but didn’t get the job done. So having one more go at that, and just doing everything I can to prepare myself for those moments. And not taking any of these moments for granted, because I only six months of eligibility left.”

In a shocking decision Allar opted to come back to Penn State for his senior season. Many had him pinned as a first round pick, and despite that he opted he is still a Nittany Lion. It is clear the possibility of bringing a national championship is something the fourth year signal caller, refused to pass up on.
Allar at BIG Ten Media Days also mentioned that offensive coordinator Andy Kotelnicki played a part in him staying in Happy Valley.
“It starts with Coach K for the offensive coaches. He sets the tone every day, he brings constant energy, he does a great job of preparing us through weeks, and it’s a really fun offense to be in. He’s another reason I came back,” said Allar.
