Just months after announcing she was cancer-free, ECW legend Francine is dealing with a different kind of pain—and this one’s visible in full color.
On December 28, the Queen of Extreme took to Twitter to share an alarming update with fans: a photo of her badly broken toe, and it’s not for the faint of heart. The image shows her toe completely blackened from the injury, clearly bruised and severely damaged.
“My poor toe! Yeah it’s ugly, and it hurts! Stupid broken toe!” she wrote, adding some Philadelphia spirit to the post by tagging @Eagles and declaring, “better win today! #FlyEaglesFly.”
While the broken toe looks nasty, Francine’s fighting spirit is still intact—as expected from a hardcore icon. She’s pushing through the pain like a pro and even rallying behind the Philadelphia Eagles ahead of their game against the Buffalo Bills.
This latest health scare is a far cry from the emotional journey she endured earlier this year. Back in July 2025, Francine shared the relieving news that a small mass found in her breast was benign—not cancerous. She had gone public about the initial discovery in June, noting that dense breast tissue had masked the mass on a mammogram, only to be caught by an ultrasound.
“Just got my biopsy results and NO CANCER WAS FOUND! God is good! 🙏🏼” she tweeted at the time, thanking fans for their prayers and support.
Now, as she continues to heal—this time from a gnarly toe injury—Francine is proving once again that she’s tough as nails, both inside and outside the ring.
