The December 16 episode of NXT was quite a show, and they gave fans a few reasons to tune in. They have a lot of things to build toward in NXT, and that includes a big title match on the horizon.
Ethan Page showed up on NXT this week to draw a ton of heat on himself. As 1/2 of the AAA Mixed Tag Team Champions and NXT North American Champion, All Ego is covered in gold. He is also very full of himself, and proud of his titles.
Stacks and Arianna Grace came down next, and they had their eyes on the AAA Mixed Tag Team Titles. Then everyone received a huge surprise when Moose made his way down to the ring. Moose directed his attention to Stacks at first, because he’s not happy about how he won the TNA International Title. Then, just as Ethan Page was leaving the ring, Moose said he was there to take the NXT North American Title back to TNA.
It was then announced that, on December 30, at the NXT End of Year Awards Show, Ethan Page will put his NXT North American Title on the line. He will have quite a challenger, as Moose is on his heels.
Ethan Page has defended his NXT North American Title proudly since winning the gold. That being said, he will have likely his biggest test to date on December 30. We will also have all the coverage you need here at Ringside News.
