Ex-WWE Star Ridge Holland Cleared for Full Physical Activity After Neck Surgery

by

Former WWE Superstar Luke Menzies—known to fans as Ridge Holland—just shared a major health milestone, and it’s a huge step forward in his recovery journey.

In an update posted on January 16, 2026, Menzies revealed that he has been fully cleared to return to unrestricted physical exercise following his neck surgery. The procedure, a two-level cervical disc replacement, took place eight weeks ago and addressed long-standing issues that had sidelined him since late 2025.

“As of today I’m fully cleared to return to unrestricted physical exercise after my 2 level cervical disc replacement I had 8 weeks ago… UNREAL. I just need to get these screws out of my foot next. You can call me the Bionic Yorkshireman!” he wrote, alongside x-rays and post-surgery photos.

This marks a major comeback moment for Menzies, who had been dealing with significant health setbacks following his WWE release. He previously shared that the company still covered his neck surgery costs, even after he was let go.

While he hasn’t confirmed whether an in-ring return is in the cards, Menzies’ latest update shows that he’s on the right path—stronger and more determined than ever.
