As the lengthy WNBA offseason is underway, one of Caitlin Clark’s Indiana Fever teammates, Sophie Cunningham, is set to appear on Monday’s airing of ABC’s “Good Morning America.”

The seven-year WNBA vet has certainly been on the move since the Fever’s offseason began following their Game 5 WNBA Semifinals loss against the eventual WNBA champion Las Vegas Aces.

Since the season’s end, Cunningham has traveled from her family farm in Missouri to the dry heat of Arizona, and is now in New York City in preparation for her “Good Morning America” debut.

According to The Athletic and Fieldhouse Files’ Scott Agness, Cunningham’s appearance will be around 7:30 a.m. CT on the ABC morning show, which will also feature political journalist Jonathan Karl and cooking writer Vaughn Vreeland.

In Cunningham-like fashion, the always-authentic guard shared her whereabouts on Instagram, posting a story showing her eating dumplings from what appeared to be her hotel room.

Despite suffering an MCL tear in mid-September, Cunningham has clearly recovered quickly and is back to living the energetic, vibrant lifestyle that’s made her a fan favorite amongst Fever and WNBA fans alike.

Cunningham made 13 starts over 30 games played.
